Who we are and what this site is for.
Compounding Wellness is the public website for South Stormont Pharmacies. We operate Pharmasave Long Sault and Pharmasave Ingleside in the Cornwall area and specialize in personalized compounding alongside everyday pharmacy services.
A compounding pharmacy prepares medications tailored to a prescriber’s order when a commercial product is unavailable, the dose or form needs to change, or a patient needs an allergen-free formula. Our pharmacists work with your prescriber and follow approved compounding standards.

We serve the Cornwall area from two locations: Pharmasave Long Sault at 43 Long Sault Dr, Long Sault, ON, and Pharmasave Ingleside at 3 Thorold Ln, Ingleside, ON. Each location page lists phone, fax, map links, and refill options.
Pharmasave Long Sault is open Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pharmasave Ingleside is open Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and is closed Sunday. Hours can change, especially on holidays. Call Long Sault at 613-534-3777 or Ingleside at 613-537-2477 to confirm before you visit if timing matters.

How to renew regular and compounded prescriptions.
Use the Pharmasave prescription portal for the store you visit. Long Sault uses store 9610; Ingleside uses store 9776. Links are on the Rx refill page and on each location card.

Compounding process
How custom medications move from prescription to pickup.
Your prescriber sends a prescription with the compound they need. Our pharmacists review it, confirm details with you or your clinic when required, prepare the medication in our lab, and quality-check it before pickup or delivery arrangements you discuss with the team.
Turnaround depends on the formula, ingredients on hand, and how many orders are in the lab. Simple compounds may be ready within a business day or two; complex or rare formulas can take longer. Your pharmacist can give a realistic estimate when you drop off or call.
Coverage depends on your drug plan, the ingredients, and whether your insurer needs documentation from the prescriber. Bring your plan information when you pick up a quote; we can help you understand what to expect before we prepare a compound.
